1. What is the return policy for my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee on returns, except for defective or DOA (dead on arrival) items. You can find more information about our return process on our Returns & Refund Policy.
2. What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items.
For defects that occur after the 7-day period, we offer a replacement warranty within 30 days from the date of receipt.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Domestic (U.S.) orders: Delivery within 7 to 14 business days.
- International orders: Delivery within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping! No matter where you are located, you’ll get your order delivered free of charge.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking information to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Alicebags.Team@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can still return the item for a refund or exchange once you receive it.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used on any purchase at Alice Bags. Gift cards are available in a variety of denominations and can be purchased on our website. Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with the gift card code to use during checkout.
