30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged when returning it to avoid damage during shipping.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us at Alicebags.Team@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working properly upon arrival (DOA), you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
How to Return a DOA Item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product to help us verify the issue.
- We will arrange a return shipping label and process your refund or replacement promptly.
Replacement Warranty for Defective Items
If an item becomes defective after the 7-day DOA period, we offer a replacement warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product.
Warranty Terms:
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- To request a replacement, please email us at Alicebags.Team@gmail.com with a description of the defect and supporting images/videos.
- Once we verify the defect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Restocking Fee
Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns. This fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.

The restocking fee does not apply to defective or DOA items, nor to exchanges.
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds for returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed as soon as the issue is confirmed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 30-day return window. We will assist you in processing the exchange, and you may be required to cover any difference in price or shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn or used (except in cases of defects or damages)
